Description 

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide with the amino acid sequence: Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val It is a stable gastric pentadecapeptide fragment derived from human gastric juice protein BPC (Body Protection Compound). BPC–157 is highly resistant to enzymatic degradation and exhibits pleiotropic protective and regenerative effects across multiple organ systems. 

Mechanism of Action 

BPC-157 exerts its effects through multiple overlapping pathways: 

• Promotion of angiogenesis via upregulation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and nitric oxide pathways Modulation of growth factors (e.g., FGF, EGF) and collagen synthesis 
• Anti-inflammatory action through downregulation of pro–inflammatory cytokines (TNF-a, IL-6) and upregulation of anti- inflammatory mediators 
• Protection of endothelial integrity and prevention of thrombosis

Indications & Usage 

BPC 157 is used to support tissue healing and recovery. It is indicated for: 

• Acceleration of healing in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints 
• Reduction of inflammation and associated pain/swelling 
• Support for recovery from soft–tissue injuries, repetitive strain, or surgical interventions 
• Maintenance of gastrointestinal mucosal integrity and repair 
• General regenerative support in musculoskeletal and connective tissue systems 

Contraindications & Warnings 

Do not use if you have: 

• Known hypersensitivity to BPC-157 or any excipient 
• Active malignancy or suspected cancer 
• Severe uncontrolled bleeding disorders or acute thrombosis 
• Age under 18 years 

Warnings 

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding 
• Use only under medical supervision. 
• Not a substitute for standard medical or surgical treatment of injuries, fractures, or inflammatory conditions. 
• Discontinue immediately and seek medical attention if unusual symptoms occur (e.g., severe swelling, fever, or signs of infection). 

Dosage & Administration 

• Subcutaneous injection only. 
• Standard Dose Range: 250-500 mcg per injection (0.25-0.5 mg) 
  • 250 mcg 6 clicks 
  • 500 mcg 12 clicks 
• Frequency: 1-2 times daily (e.g., morning and evening for active recovery; once daily for maintenance) Timing: Consistent daily timing; inject near target area (if localized effect desired) or abdomen (systemic) 
• Cycle: 4-6 weeks on for acute protocols; extend to 8 weeks for chronic support, followed by 2-4 weeks off 

Administration Instructions

1. Wash hands and prepare a clean surface. 
2. Attach a sterile needle. 
3. Dial the required number of clicks. 
4. Clean injection site (near injury or abdomen) with alcohol swab. 
5. Insert needle at 45-90° angle and inject slowly. 
6. Withdraw needle, dispose safely, and cap the pen. 
7. Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation. 
8. Always inspect solution before use: Do not inject if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles. 

Side Effects 

BPC–157 is generally well tolerated. Reported reactions are uncommon and mild/transient, including: 

• Mild injection-site irritation, redness, or itching 
• Temporary headache or light-headedness 
• Rare mild gastrointestinal upset or changes in appetite 
• Transient fatigue or changes in energy during initial use 
• If any severe or persistent symptoms occur (e.g., severe pain, swelling, or allergic signs), discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately. 

Storage & Handling 

• Store either in refrigerator (fridge); never freeze or in a cool dry place (≤25-30°C / 77-86°F). 
• Keep pen capped and protected from light and heat. 
• After first use: Same storage conditions. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Discard if expired or solution appears abnormal.
